1. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Contract
The use or purchase of the products and/or services offered at www.anafaustinoatelier.com implies acceptance of the following conditions and obligations.
2. Conditions of sale
2.1 The selection of products offered on www.anafaustinoatelier.com is valid as long as the products are visible on the website, with available stock.
2.2 As this is an e-commerce process, stock may run out during your purchase process. In the event of a stock shortage or temporary unavailability of an item, Ana Faustino Atelier will contact you immediately to inform you and provide a new delivery date or, if the product cannot be delivered, cancel it.
In any case, a delay in delivery compared to the indicated deadlines does not entitle you to claim any compensation.
3. Obligations of the User and/or Client
3.1 As a user/customer of www.anafaustinoatelier.com , you agree at all times to provide truthful information regarding the data requested in the different forms and/or requests for information or purchases.
3.2 When selling or marketing products on our website that require the buyer to be of legal age according to current legislation, the buyer declares that he or she meets this requirement to formalize the purchase.
3.3 During the purchasing process, you will always see what you are selecting. This choice is entirely up to the buyer and is their responsibility. Therefore, no subsequent complaints can be filed against the seller if the product is not to their liking or the color they expected (see 4.2 and 4.4).
3.4 Acceptance of these conditions implies your agreement with the product, its characteristics and price.
3.5 It is the customer’s responsibility to inform themselves of delivery and shipping times before making the purchase.
4. Description of products and services
4.1 The brand, the idea as well as all the designs made at Ana Faustino Atelier belong to the seller and not to the client.
4.2 During the online purchasing process, you select your shoe using a web configurator. This isn’t the actual shoe, so colors may vary depending on your monitor, computer brand, or the color configurator of the electronic device you’re using.
4.3 The names of the colors and types of leather are described on the website.
4.4 Since these are handcrafted products made with natural materials, they may present some stains or differences in color at any point on the shoe.
4.5 The centimeters indicated on the Ana Faustino Atelier website are the actual height of the shoe, measured inside as required by law.
5. Quality Assurance
5.1 If, within 6 months of purchase, your shoe suffers any damage, provided it is not due to misuse or poor storage conditions, you will be entitled to repair. This warranty will be assessed to determine whether it is a manufacturing defect, meaning the customer is entitled to the quality guarantee, or whether it is due to misuse.
5.2 Under no circumstances does this right include the replacement of the product due to color differences that may occur between its display on the screen and reality.
5.3 The soles or heel caps may wear down with use. This type of damage to the shoe is normal and is not covered by the quality guarantee. Ana Faustino Atelier is not responsible for the repair or restoration of these items.
6. Payment method
Debit/credit card
6.1 When placing an order, the user may freely choose to pay for their purchases using a VISA or MasterCard debit or credit card. Payment will be made through a 100% secure payment gateway. Payment details are encrypted on the payment gateway and processed exclusively by the bank. Ana Faustino Atelier has no access to this data at any point during the process.
6.2 To pay by debit or credit card, you must provide your card details when you place your order. When we issue your Purchase Confirmation, we will charge your card. Under no circumstances will we confirm the purchase of your items until your debit or credit card issuer has authorized its use to pay for the products ordered. If we do not receive this authorization, we will notify you. The billing address for your debit or credit card must be located within Spain.
7. Shipping, exchange and/or return conditions
7.1 The seller will not ship orders that do not meet the estimated delivery time. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform themselves of delivery times before making a purchase.
7.2 If there are reasons of force majeure, we will not be obliged to ship within the specified timeframe. In these cases, it is understood that our obligations under the Contracts will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we will have an extension of the time to fulfill our obligations for a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
Causes of force majeure
- Strike or factory closure.
- Strike or work stoppage in communications and transportation (train, plane, ship, etc.)
- Weather catastrophe or natural disaster, fire or explosion.
- General strike, terrorist attack, problems in the Spanish State.
7.3 An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the receipt document for the same is signed.
7.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.
7.5 We are not responsible for damage during shipping, but please let us know if the package arrives damaged so we can file a claim with the responsible company.
7.6 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Ana Faustino Atelier allows you to exchange or return the purchased item within fifteen (15) business days from the date of receipt, plus a shipping time of 24 to 48 hours. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make exchanges or refunds when these deadlines are not met.
7.7 If the item has been used or damaged, it cannot be exchanged or returned unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. We also will not accept size exchanges for any product, except in the case of a shipping error or a size defect.
7.8 Exchanges or returns of products that do not belong to the seller and have not been purchased at www.anafaustinoatelier.com will not be accepted.
7.9 Any delay in receiving an order will not entail its cancellation or any compensation.
7.10 If any of the conditions of time limits or reasons accepted for return or exchange are not met, the customer loses all rights.
7.11 Shipments will not be made from Ana Faustino Atelier warehouses on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
7.12 No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands or outside of Spain.
7.13 What do you have to do if you want to exercise your right to exchange?

- Pack the item(s) to be exchanged/returned in good packaging conditions to prevent damage during shipping, and include the delivery note in the package.

- Products purchased in person at our physical store are not included in this return option.
8. Exchanges and/or returns in store
8.1 Items purchased through www.anafaustinoatelier.com are part of the collection of items for sale at Ana Faustino Atelier’s physical establishment, therefore we can offer returns at our physical establishment.
8.2 In the case of a return, a receipt will be provided in the store as proof of the return and a refund or purchase voucher will be requested.
8.3 If you choose a voucher for the same value as the purchase, you have 15 days to exchange it for another product. After this period, you lose your right to an exchange or refund.
